&lt;P&gt;I can see "Error: [WinError 5] Access is denied" in the log file.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Follow below steps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Login onto your system as an Administrator.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Disable FireWall.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Disable any antivirus running. example:&amp;nbsp;Remove or disable MacAfee&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Type UAC in Windows run.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Drag the bar to Never notify.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Try Re-installing Fusion 360.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Fusion360 not opening</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since today Fusion doesn't open like it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can launch it. No errors and it is running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've made a video to show it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've deleted cashes and repaired fusion. And I've unistalled it and did a reinstall. &lt;P&gt;It would be good to get the log files to see what could be happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. When you start Fusion press Ctrl+ Shift&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. This should launch the Fusion service utility&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Do a repair of Fusion and see if that helps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. if it does not launch service utility again and after system info. It will generate a zip file that you can attach here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did the repair. But didn't solve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems like it shows up on a second screen. But there is no screen attached at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I see your Fusion 360 folder is not having any Oxygen ID, It says UnkownUser&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;There may be a simple way to fix this, but please follow steps&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Uninstall Fusion 360 from control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Restart your PC&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-a-clean-uninstall-of-Autodesk-Fusion-360.html" target="_blank"&gt;Manually remove files if any files get missing from Uninstall process&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Reinstall Fusion 360.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If still not working, Please share the log files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Install&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Looks like&amp;nbsp;the secondary monitor was still connected even after disconnecting the monitor&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After disconnecting monitor&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open Settings&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on Display&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Under the “Select and rearrange displays” section, select the monitor that you want to disconnect&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Under the “Multiple displays” section, use the drop-down menu and select the Disconnect this display option.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
