F360 window hidden from view cannot see, but program is running.

Hi Fusion 360 support Community,

I am having an issue getting Fusion 360 to launch properly. When I run F360, the program seems to open because the icon appears on my start menu, but the window never opens. I cannot use Fusion 360 at all because of this bug. Here are the things I have already tried:

Close the program via task manager an restart Fusion 360
Restart my computer
Updated Window UHD graphics
Updated dedicated graphics card (NVIDIA RTX A4000)
Uninstall and reinstall Fusion 360

None of these actions helped the issue and even after reinstallation, the installe window pops up, but as soon as the program launches, the window disappears and I can only see my destop and other windows I have open. I have tried right clicking on the icon on the start menu to open another window and that doesn't work either. It's been like this all day and the bug seems to persist. Here are my laptop specs:
