For clues we would need to see the file where the problem occurs

i have just bought a new computer with an 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz and Intel r Iris r xe and fusion 360 runs with extremely bad quality. I have updated the graphics drivers and followed the recommended steps with no result.

Does anyone have an idea of how to turn the resolution up?

Intel Graphics in lots of cases have bad drivers. I know you said you update your video drivers but did you use the Intel updates or the manufacture of the computer video drivers. If you did not use Intel's drivers, I would go here and use theirs. You also may want to go to Fusion 360 Preferences and try another listed Graphic Driver. You will have to restart Fusion 360 when you change these so Save first.
