IF they are not, it is likely that the windows is on an older version and the Mac has a newer schema which means changes saved in a newer schema cannot be backwards compatible.

I've been working with Fusion 360 exclusively on my MacBook Air since I got it this past Tuesday (M2 version with upgraded cpu) and none of the files I've been working on can be opened with my PC. Both Mac and Windows copies of Fusion 360 appear to be updated to the most recent version.

I tried opening each and every file I've edited with my Mac and every single one has the "Unable to Open" error saying it "may not have been synced correctly".

Until you fix this issue, I will have to work exclusively on my Mac and this is extremely frustrating.

I've attached the Diagnostic Logs Zip file.

The logs shows that on windows you are on 2.0.14567. I want to bet on the Mac you are on 2.0.15050.

1. On windows start to launch Fusion 360 and click on CTRL+Shift
2. This will launch the Fusion service utility
3. Run the repair utility and this should take you to the latest build.

Thank you for the prompt response.

What you suggested worked. I wasn't aware of the startup utility.

If this happens again, I'll make sure to update the application.
