Your description is not clear enough to try and answer. Please clarify your problem and attach your model. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Attach the file to a reply post. Also maybe include a marked up screen capture to help define your issue.

I need to create a drawing of component "1" in the Drawing section to export it to pdf format.

The "1" component is movable, which means that it is not in the plane of the drawing. In addition, any change in the position of a component in the model file changes the drawing file.

Is there any way to add a local coordinate system and bind it to the drawing plane?

My English makes it difficult to describe the problem.

It would seem you already know about Named Views, since you have a few in your model, so just create a new one looking at the end of Component 1. Use that in the drawing. Video will show the process.

<video-js data-video-id="6319311070112" data-account="6057940548001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(view in My Videos)
