So update won't able to update some of file under&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;%localappdata%\Autodesk\webdeploy\production.&lt;BR /&gt;Could you make sure your %localappdata% folder has access right and try again?&lt;BR /&gt;Try to reboot your machine to see this issue happen due to the OS issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Update failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Designs created on my other computer will not load.&amp;nbsp; Also, an update message is found, however update does not complete.&amp;nbsp; It gets to 98% they fails.&amp;nbsp; I have tried many times.&amp;nbsp; I also tried to reinstall Fusion 360, but get a similar error.&amp;nbsp; I have attached my log&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I found a way to resolve the issue. I uninstalled Fusion 360, then&lt;BR /&gt;followed online instructions to manually remove a dozen or so directories&lt;BR /&gt;in AppData.&lt;BR /&gt;The reinstall worked fine. All issues seem normal now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do have a "hobby-ist" personal free version I must renew each year. For&lt;BR /&gt;some reason the trial date has been reset and is counting down from 28 days&lt;BR /&gt;again. I am assuming I will be able to renew my free version once it gets&lt;BR /&gt;to 0 days like I normally did before.</description>
