Hi there! It was related to the AMD Drivers. I downloaded the AMD Client and made an update of all drivers necessary. Now it's running without problems.

Thx!

Hello community,

I've been tormented by a problem in the drawing area in Fusion 360 for a long time. I even went troubleshooting with an Autodesk partner. Unfortunately we didn't find a solution. I hope you can help me here.

Problem: In the drawing area, lines, dimensions, comments, etc. are not displayed the further I zoom out. If I zoom further into the drawing, the lines, dimensions, etc. gradually appear. (See screenshots)

I've already played around with "Graphics Driver" and "High DPI" in the Preferences. However, it doesn't change anything.

My PC is not the best, but not the worst either:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700U
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX Vega 10
RAM: 16GB

Hope someone can help me! Thanks!

Sure sounds like a graphics driver problem. What is the revision of the driver you are using?

Does your system have an onboard video chip? If so you probably need to assign your dedicated graphics cared to be used by Fusion 360. I have a similar setup but with a Nvidia card. Nvidia has an application that allows the assigning of either to the applications of your choice.

This looks like an old problem from about a year ago where Windows installed a set of bad drivers (only affected AMD cards). Have you tried getting the latest drivers for your graphics card?

@ClintBrown3D Can you help?

Yes, this is the article that I put together explaining the graphic setup: Troubleshooting Dual Graphics cards on Windows
