No create a mesh option.

I have educational access for fusion 360, I am attempting to create a mesh for a lattice structure that I've generated but there is no create a mesh option for me if I right click or go in the mesh bar itself. Ive attempted to save as a mesh but when I do the lattice structure disappears from the design in stl form. Additionally preview preferences are locked so I can't even see in there if I can change something

Save as Mesh in the general Design workspace will not include a mesh representation of a volumetric lattice. You need to go to the Volumetric tab in the toolset and choose "Convert Volumetric Model to Mesh":

This will create a new mesh body from the volumetric lattice
