topic My assemblies do not update when I revise a part - this was working before I upgraded to required Fusion Hub in Fusion Support Forum

Part B goes into Part A.

Part B is a few bodies with Part C inserted into the Part B design. Don't ask me why I didn't create Part C as a body within Part B. I didn't. And it doesn't matter anyway, because everything worked fine before I was forced to update to Fusion Hub.

When I insert Part B into Part A (the final assembly) Part C does not display as the latest revision. Prior to the upgrade, all I had to do was save Part C. Check my Part B fits and sub-assembly, and update that file, click save. Same routine for Part A as Part B.

Please don't turn this thread into how inefficient my technique is. I know and I have a lot to learn...HOWEVER, updates were all working fine prior to the update. What changed?

This is a bug.... I have similar problem that recently appeared. You are not doing anything wrong, the software is defective and they need to fix it.

Thank you for the reassurance. I spent about 1/2 hr on chat with an agent. He verified that this is a problem and they needed to investigate more. The strange thing is I have had zero problems with Fusion for several years now. This only started as soon as I upgraded from the single user to Fusion Hub - of which I will derive no benefit as far as I can tell.

Do you have any kind of a bug number or support case number? I want to follow up on this and add my own voice to those clamoring for a solution. This looks like a bug to me and it is really messing up my work effort.

Hi everyone, I received a solution from tech support. I had to manually delete my cache on my local drive. Clearing the cache from the software did not work, so you have to go into your appdata/Autodesk/Fusion 360 folder and delete that folder. My folder wasn't exactly named the same so you have to know to go to your Users/UserName/Appdata/...see above for the approx. path to your cache.

Now...I don't know why the local cache for offline work didn't clear. That may be a bug...but I didn't get an indication from tech support whether it is or is not a present bug. All I know is that I'm working again.

Clear your cache from the software, if that doesn't work, shutdown Fusion and go to your local hard drive, find the folder and delete it.

Good luck.
