I'm facing the very same issue,

I've done a clean re-install deleted the queue, removed all the pending uploads and resetted my router many times. Then digging into the logs I found this message regarding S3 bucket upload

<LI-CODE lang="general">E 4292 UPLOAD 28 https://com-autodesk-oss-direct-upload.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/b5 .... dt=120.00 Operation timed out after 120000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received</LI-CODE>

The upload is triyng to send data to S3 (always receiving a timeout) since yesterday at 01 A.M. CEST

I already tried to access the bucket URL and it is working correctly.
Any hint?

Thank you!

I recently updated my Fusion 360 and started working on a new design.

At first when I saved the design it didn't want to upload, and the design was gone in the project browser.

When I remade the design, I've ran into the same problem. But this time I saved it locally and uploaded it to the Fusion cloud in the browser.

But now I noticed the old design and the newer ones I have made are all stuck uploading in Fusion 360.

I tried to follow this steps in this link but the clearing commands don't do anything.

I have tried to reinstall Fusion 360 but the files repeared to be stuck in the upload window.

And because of this I have to force quit Fusion to close it, because it's telling me that there are still jobs remaining. I have left this window open the whole afternoon, but no progress...

And suggestion how I would be able to clear these files?

Are you on windows or Mac? Based on OS can give you a suggestion to get these unstuck.

one thing to do is to reset the router to see if that would help.

Set up an environment variable OS3_USECDN=0

Now go about your workflow and see if you are experiencing the same issue? To clarify what this variable does is, it takes another approach to upload the files on potentially slower networks than the default that likely is causing this issue.
