I cant change my account email with the email I want to use

I used a friends email to get this account set up, however, when I try to change my email address, I don't get an email to confirm the change
I want to verify the email so that the system doesn't cause any logging in problems like my friend has experienced
Can someone help?

Please note that this is not Fusion360 specific, however, I don't know where else to go to have this solved

Good day @coca_bogdanm,

You will have to go through a couple of steps here to verify that the necessary permissions are all in place.

Firstly, ensure that your new email address has the correct permissions on Fusion Team, for each project.

Secondly, ensure that your new email address has a valid Fusion 360 License, for a stand-alone license your contract administrator can move the license over once the Fusion Team permissions are in place.

Once you have the above sorted, you should be able to simply sign in with your new email address and continue as normal.
Side note, you can log into another PC with the new email to ensure that all is in order before logging out of your current PC.

The email was successfully changed with the help of support, thank you very much for the answer @P-BvanWyk.

Unfortunately, the steps you entailed did not solve it, as I wasn't migrating my account to another account, I was simply trying to change my email
