Mac Bug: Finish Sketch Leaves Fusion Thinking a Key is Stuck

I don't know what else I am doing that is triggering this, but it continues to happen.

I created a new document, inserted a PNG, created a new sketch, used control splines to outline, created a second sketch, copy/pasted the first sketch items over, then deleted some of the elements, went back to the first sketch and deleted the elements left in sketch 2, then click finish sketch.

The result is that the first sketch is highlighted in the browser and if i click on it, it acts as if a key is pressed down (shows a different menu than if you right click on the sketch browser item normally; not sure which key causes this).

It seems that the only resolution is to quit Fusion and relaunch.

It is insane how many bugs like this exist. Why doesn't Autodesk have quality control?
