I am getting the following warning:
Cannot create Flat Pattern because the Relief Radius at one or more 3 Bend Corners is smaller than the thickness of the sheet metal material.
Edit Flange and Bend features in the timeline to override the Relief Shape to any option besides Round With Radius, or override the Relief Radius to a larger value. Alternatively, edit the Sheet Metal Rule to adjust the Relief Shape throughout the design or switch to a Sheet Metal Rule with a thinner material.

I have the reliefs set to Thickness *4.0 for 2 and 3 corner bends. The part I am trying to flatten has only 2 bends in it.

I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have looked over the part for all sorts of cut divots or whatnot else that may cause the thing to not flatten. I am at a complete loss as to why this thing is failing to flatten.

Here is an image of the unfolded part:

Can anybody throw me a bone here?

Thank you,
Rob Stoddard

I found the offending extrude/cut, but still don't know why it's an issue. I circumnavigated it.
