topic Default opening .f3d files in current session of Fusion in Fusion Support Forum

I've been teaching Fusion at FRCC for a few years now, and probably one of my biggest gripes is that if I double-click on a .f3d file that a student turned in for grading, it opens a new session of Fusion. Any other software that I use out there (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, etc...) all open the file in the current session instead of opening a new session. This is even worse now as Fusion no longer supports having multiple sessions open and pops up asking me what I want to do. And, I mean, I can have multiple files open in a single session of Fusion. Is there any way to have Fusion just open an externally opened file in the current session instead of trying to launch a new session? It would make my life as an instructor infinitely easier and I think could help streamline a lot of people's workflow...
