topic Issue Exporting A file into .iges format. in Fusion Support Forum

Hello everyone I don't know if this is an issue that still remains for exporting files, however, I am working on a project where I need to export the file as and .iges preferred may also be .sat and .step files. This being said I have modeled an assembly and made a frame although the frame was exported from Inventor into Fusion 360 (which is where I believe the issue is rooted) I continue to get this error.

T-Spline bodies must be converted to be included in the exported document. Cancel and use the Convert command to include any T-Spline bodies.

Now when I try using the convert tool for the T-spline into a body or component I select the imported bodies from Inventor, however, they do not select the body or component/external assembly.

This then became frustrating as the rest of my components are solid bodies that either I had CAD myself or imported as a step file from McMaster. This being said I've never had this issue with other assemblies and exporting those files. Likewise, parts from McMaster.

I know the Fusion 360 recently underwent an update for exporting files, I am unsure if this is related to that issue.

Best,

Cruz Jacobo

@AndrewSears @jakefowler

This design has 4 T-Spline bodies in the "Generative Design Lander Leg" components:

If you select and delete those 4 bodies, you can export as IGES (attached)
