We do not have a charity license per se, but resellers may be allowed to sell or modify pricing under certain circumstances.

HI All,

I work for a charity that helps vets with PTDS, we have started to branch into automotive moulding (parts for land rovers). This is a way to get vets working on projects that help build them up. https://veteransinaction.org.uk/

I saw this https://www.charitydigitalexchange.org/node/6142

It seems like it might be a scam of some time. Is there a charity license?

thanks

S

I'm also using Fusion for a charity, also automotive. Enquired with Autodesk when we started (after getting a no from solidworks) and was told there is no charity license - probably a scam, will likely point you to the personal use licence.

Just had a chat with 'Alex' at Charity Digital and yes they do seem to be legit. Will look into it when our renewal is due as we struggle as a charity to find the necessaries.

Personal users don't have access to extensions or collaboration with other users, so that might be a non-starter for production design work. If I recall correctly, some Makerspaces license through TechSoup as well as they technically aren't eligible for EDU licenses, but have needs beyond what Personal offers.
