      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot open Fusion . I get the notification -&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You can’t open the application “Autodesk Fusion 360” because it may be damaged or incomplete.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Autodesk advises me to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To avoid this issue reset / reinstall Fusion using the Service Utility.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I have not completed the reset/reinstall because there are statements about cache or file losses&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;that worry me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I would be grateful for your assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Peter Wigglesworth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;pkw@wigglesworth-weider.ch&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In the zip file if you go into Autodesk Fusion 360 folder, you will see a unique folder name. If you go into that an under W folder, see if you have a Q folder and in that Q folder are there any files in there ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

MacOS Diagnostic Logs&lt;BR /&gt;This does not contain anything you have described.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Fusion Diagnostic Logs&lt;BR /&gt;This contains -&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Neutron Platform folder &amp;gt; QWQKPK2F3MEN folder &amp;gt; Crash recovery and W. Login Folders&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The last two folders do not contain anything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OR&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Neutron Platform folder &amp;gt; Options folder &amp;gt; QWQKPK2F3MEN folder &amp;gt; NGlobalOptions.xml&lt;BR /&gt;and OptionsStatus.xml&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this helps&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks pkw&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

You are good to go ahead and do a repair.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Close Fusion (and also delete the Fusion shortcut)&lt;BR /&gt;2. make sure Fusion is not running in activity monitor&lt;BR /&gt;3. Go to launch pad - Run Fusion service utility&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;4. Run the repair Fusion&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should address the issue for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
