BUG Can no longer enter Unicode in text.

@Phil.E Noticed a while ago you can no longer use unicode in the text command in the design workspace, think it still works in drawings.

Here's an example from a few years ago showing it used to work.

Now if I enter \U+0101. %%c does still work for some special characters.

Thanks for letting me know. To be honest, I have no idea what this would be used for. Can you explain a little how this is used?

It's useful for entering special characters not on the keyboard. For me the recycle symbols are quite useful, I have these noted so I don't need to search for them.

I find it faster to add the dia. and degree symbol using unicode then to go into the symbol menu when having to add them dimensioning drawings.

@josh.sapp You can use some of autocad's control codes for what you want. For example %%d for degrees, %%c for diameter and %%p for plus\minus.

Unfortunately, I need to use other character codes. I have a workaround by just making the character in a vector program then importing an SVG. Just extra steps I didn't want to have to do.
