Vertical collinear constraint avoid me from resize horizontally

Hello. I am designing a piece of furniture and I have been working without problems with the constraints. But now I have a problem regarding the collinear constraint that happens to me on one side, but not on the other. And it is that, I want to restrict one side of some shelves to the vertical panels without losing the possibility of horizontally displacing the middle section (see the video below). I need the constraint because I haven't defined the width of the cabinet yet, and I want to be able to modify the user parameter so that the cabinet and its parts are sized automatically.

Please attach your model for the users to help you with a solution. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

I cannot say why the Collinear constrain prevents dragging but it does not prevent adding dimensions to position the partitions. I will suggest an alternative, use a Coincident constrain instead, it performs as you think it should.

i would think that constraint locks the end of the horizontal line to the vertical on the rhs.... if so it would prevent movement

You using small colinear lines is not ideal, delete them (duplication and very confusing to Fusion) extend both lines to the right, will make them coincident.

Why two lines? when Thin Extrude needs just one.
