Flat Pattern DXF Export Broken Geometry

Hello,

I have had a reoccurring problem within the sheet metal workflow in fusion where my exported DXF's contain broken geometry.

In the past I have found the error was often caused by modifying the bent material with an extrusion or otherwise. This time however, I am running into issues that I can't find the source of. My exported DXF contains broken geometry no matter how I export it. I have made sure that edges are square and nothing intersects the bend area.

I could get around this problem if I were able to export a regular sketch with a bend line, but as far as I know that is not possible.

I attached a couple of images to show the problem.

Please attach your Fusion 360 model and not an STEP file.
