Fusion crashed while editing, now opening that file crashes immediately

I was mid action on a file when fusion crashed. Now when I open that file it crashes. I grabbed the recovery file and copied it to a folder... still crashes. Then I uploaded the recovery file, and exported as f3d, that still crashes.

I can open it as a STEP, but that appears to have lost all my history, connections, etc. Which would be a ton of work to rebuild.

For some reason my most recent previous file is from 5 days ago! So that's not ideal.

Is there anyway to resolve this?

I can import the file into a new file, but then I lose all the history that I need... What can I do?

Have you been saving often, every 10-15 minutes or so?
