      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have downloaded the initial installer, but I cannot get the installer to run, I am running into some sort of SSL issue.&amp;nbsp; The logs should be attached below, I had trouble getting them to upload also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error Message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For future travelers, or anyone that may search this problem here:&lt;BR /&gt;It appears I was able to bypass the above error message by hardwiring my network/LAN cable instead of using the Wi-fi.&amp;nbsp; Not sure why that made a difference, but it appears to be working now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
