You cannot rotate the model in any way on one axis , either by using the cube in the top right or by free orbit or by using Shift+ScrollClick

<video-js data-video-id="6327734211112" data-account="6057940548001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(view in My Videos)

It's fairly important for my organization as this is how I send models to the illustrator so that he can make me box art. He chooses the view.

Can you share access to your model? You can also attach the model to your Forum post and then the Forum users can work with it on the cloud. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

I do not see an issue. The View Cube is not the way to view the component easily. Use the Orbit command and then use the Reticle, that appears on the screen to orbit as desired. Also, as mentioned, use a left mouse click to re-center the model on any portion desire.

By the way, ditch the Black color, it makes for hard viewing.

I cannot turn it in this position. At all. Neither can the illustrator.

The black is there so he can over impose the picture in Adobe Illustrator and create a mask so that he can Vector the image to be printed in just one colour on the box.

I may be off a few degrees but it is not a problem using the Orbit command. I am in the Fusion Presentation in the screen capture.
