Nothing to adjust. This is expected behavior. In a Parametric design, Forms are automatically converted to BReps (surface, if the surface is open, or solid if closed). As you observed, this is not the case in a Direct Model - you have to do that conversion manually.

The program converts itself Forms to Surface?

Hello everyone.
I'm new to CAD modeling, just learning and practicing. I am most interested in modeling RC planes. Following the tutorial, I gained some knowledge, of course not enough. During one of the exercises, when I created a Form, as soon as I clicked Finish Form, the Form switched to Surface. This happens while I'm working in Parametric Modeling. As soon as I go into Direct modeling this does not happen. Do I need to adjust anything?
Attached is a screenshot of the problem. As you can see there are two Surface Body26 and Body28. I was not able to connect them to be a single component. I stopped the Parametric modeling and only then through the Modify form, Merge Edge, I managed to merge the two forms and it is displayed as Body2. As soon as I went back to parametric modeling, Form Body2 automatically converted to Surface, as Body29. Why is this happening?
Thank you.
