      <title>Crosshairs Effect in Drawing Workspace</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When working in the drawing workspace, my entire screen freezes, I can't click anything, and my cursor becomes something that looks like a crosshair. It's been consistent--I don't know whether it has to do with updating the software or just a general bug... please help asap.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
