    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes this is a known limitation reported years ago! The workaround is, first create the threaded hole with cosmetic threads, no chamfer then add the chamfer as a second feature then edit the hole and change to modeled threads.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Issue with Countersink tapped holes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the hole tool to make a countersunk tapped hole, the threads have a tendency to begin below the countersink rather than going through them. This results in an issue where there is interference between the screw and the tapped hole; see attached.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to be clear. Create the thread as one feature and the chamfer as a second. PS, please don't attach pictures, just paste them into your message.&lt;/P&gt;
