Parameters in formulas are not updated after brake links

I have a situation: I've create a part with several parameters. Some of these parameters have formulas for calculation (let's say we are focusing on Offset1 parameter):

After, I'm inserting this file to another, and use Brake links command, because I want to change parameters of each part. I repeat this step several times (adding several instances). If I'll open the Parameters, it will be as following:

Please pay attention to:

Offset1_1 uses formula for calculation. PlacingLength name is not udpated and pointing to the PlacingLength from the first instance, but as you can see, it should use PlacingLength_1 istead.

This happens to random parameters which may have formulas and at random places, i.e. if we will search for another parameters which uses PlacingLength parameter, it will be updated:

this behavior appeared after latest Fusion's update. I've atached the model which was used in my example. If it is a bug, I hope it will be fixed with the latest Fusion's update.
