&lt;UL style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Macintosh HD&amp;gt;Users&amp;gt;(username)&amp;gt;Library&amp;gt;Application Support&amp;gt;Autodesk&amp;gt;Autodesk Fusion 360&amp;gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;OL start="4"&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;DELETE the following folders –&amp;nbsp;Webdeploy, Web&amp;nbsp;Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Delete the Fusion launch icon (from desktop or where you have it)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Restart the Mac&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Download the installer again&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Now install Fusion&lt;/LI&gt;

Close Fusion&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;2. Restart Mac&lt;BR /&gt;3. Go to launchpad - Fusion service utility&lt;BR /&gt;Run the repair Fusion. Does this help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This finally did work but not before I turned off Intego NetBarrier. I do not know why it was necessary to turn off the Intego software as I was able to install initially back in September without turning it off. At any rate, I am up and running with the updated version of Fusion. &amp;nbsp;Thank you for your help in guiding me to this solution.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
