copying parameters

Hi i have created a file with some help from the community. It has user parameters.....but when I copy the file I lose the user parameters......any clues as to how I can copy and keep the parameters.

In the video I show you one way I use. You did not answer my question about an internal or external copy so I did both.

I absolutely agree - I simply clicked the wrong box......hopefully I have resolved that now....
