      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a number of files that are having issues opening. It causes my Fusion 360 desktop app to freeze. My Fusion is up to date, so I am not sure what is causing this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please see attached log file from the most recent error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/17001479"&gt;@samuel_wing&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The logs shows that you are on a 2023 version of Fusion and its likely your files that you cannot open was either saved by collaborators in a new version or if you use multiple machines your new machine has newer version. Once saved in a new version you cannot open it up in the older version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2.0.21538 is our newest version. Please do the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;1. In Fusion go to help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Now run the repair Fusion&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will take you to the latest build.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
