My flat pattern of a bracket is shown below, all cut outs appear clean and correct per the part.

DXF file shown below omits some geometry for the cutouts, leaving behind stray lines. How do I resolve this for DXF file and retain the bend line information?

Does it show the same problem if you open the DXF in Fusion? One thing you can try is create a 2d drawing of the flat pattern and see if export of the drawing is correct.

Yes Sir, it does show the same when I open directly in Fusion 360. I have created a sketch and projected the geometry onto the sketch, then exported the sketch as a DXF. That does work and creates a proper DXF file, but it removes the bend lines. This is my first time trying to send a file for laser or CNC cutting, perhaps they do not want the bend lines in the DXF file, but going to have the part bent as well. I appreciate your feedback very much as I am learning.

Please attach your Fusion 360 model. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Do you have a commercial licence or a personal licence? If you have a commercial licence you can create a 2d drawing by right clicking on the component and select Create Drawing, then select the flat pattern option. In the 2d drawing workspace you can unselect the border and title block so all you get is the part.
