    <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here, which I seem to have fixed by installing the "Autodesk Desktop Connector". No idea why, how or even whether this is a true fix or just random, but worth a try while you're kicking your heels&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Crash whem making a drawing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My problem is simple, when i try to make a drawing of anything the program just freeze and the only thing i can do is to close it. Im on educational license.&lt;BR /&gt;When i make a drawing the only thing I can see is this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="matiaskosik_0-1694464260570.png" style="width: 600px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1264861iFFAB978B7A2A3AA3/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="matiaskosik_0-1694464260570.png" alt="matiaskosik_0-1694464260570.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to update NVIDIA drivers nad reistalling the prgramm but stilll no success&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I leave this here maybe it help to diagnose the problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[GPU Information]&lt;BR /&gt;GPU Device: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070&lt;BR /&gt;GPU RAM: 8064 MB&lt;BR /&gt;GPU Driver API: DirectX 11.0&lt;BR /&gt;GPU Driver Version: 537.13&lt;BR /&gt;GPU Driver Date: 08/16/2023&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Graphics Effects Settings]&lt;BR /&gt;Anti Aliasing: On&lt;BR /&gt;Ambient Occlusion: On&lt;BR /&gt;Object Shadow: Off&lt;BR /&gt;Ground Shadow: On&lt;BR /&gt;Ground Reflection: Off&lt;BR /&gt;Selection Display Style: Normal&lt;BR /&gt;Transparency Effect: Better Performance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Limit effects to optimize performance]&lt;BR /&gt;Off&lt;/P&gt;</description>
