Flat Pattern - How to create flat pattern from 3d model

Hi everyone

I need some help...

I have designed this staircase and now need to create flat pattern dxfs of these staircase flights for manufacturing (laser cutting and cnc press brake).

How do I do this?

I regularly create small items using the sheet metal tool, however they are designed in the sheetmetal tab to begin with. Did this need to be designed using the sheetmetal tab from the beginning?

The 3 photos are of the same component, just taken from different angles to give people a clearer picture of what I am building. The flights of stairs are all slightly different if thats what you were asking.

Please attach your model. Open in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Attach to a reply.

No, an individual step tread is a component repeated many times in the assembly pictured. An individual riser is a component repeated many times in the assembly pictured. A stringer…

Thanks for your assistance guys. I need to convert bodies "flight 1-6" to flat pattern dxfs. Hopefully there is a way to do it without redrawing them. Thanks.
