There are a lot of Fonts that Fusion cannot properly read due to many factors. A lot of the time you can Explode the Text and get the results you need. Another thing you can do is convert your font from TTF to OTF using this site.

I your case, the Font can be exploded. The video will show this.

Edit: The "A" is poorly created by the creator of the Font. Use the method I show in the video and then extrude it paying close attention to the profiles in the "A" cross bar.

All fonts create bodies with segmented edges. To use a Fillet on them usually requires you remove these segmented edges. This is a very time consuming task but if you want to try it, this Blog Article and Video will show you how. Even if you do this since you have chosen a very narrow bodied font, you will not be able to get more than a 0.25 mm Fillet around the edges. I copied and modified the "S", using the procedure outlined in the Blog and added a 0.25 mm Fillet to both sides as an example. Model is attached.

You are not clear on what you desire. Do you want the letter hollow inside without opening to the outside or do you want one side removed? I chose the later in my video.

<video-js data-video-id="6370021504112" data-account="6057940548001" data-player="default" data-embed="default" class="vjs-fluid" controls="" data-application-id="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video-js>
(view in My Videos)

Dear John,

Thanks for pointing that out. To clarify, I'm looking to cast these letters in precious metal, meaning I want them hollow internally—fully enclosed without visible openings or seams. The idea is to reduce material use (for weight and cost), but the exterior surface should remain completely closed and visually unchanged. How would you recommend achieving a hollow interior that is structurally sound and compatible with casting?

If you want them hollow, without any open sides, simply use the Shell command on the Body without selecting any faces. You will still need to have a pouring hole.
