    <description>&lt;P&gt;After the previous reply, without doing anything else, I tried creating a drawing and it &lt;STRONG&gt;worked&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but I had a prompt that I had updates that were pending. I did the updates and then tried creating a drawing again and it failed again as before. Nothing works (can't collapse the model tree [?], expand the sheet items, etc.) The only way to get out is to close Fusion 360.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, am having an issue where I cannot create a drawing at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to create a drawing the Drawing screen appears but is unresponsive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It stays for a few seconds then disappears and puts me back to the Design screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use the Personal edition of Fusion 360. Troubleshooting attempts so far include:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Repairing Fusion using its service utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Installing the latest version of graphics drivers (only 1 week ago release date)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the past I have also tried uninstalling/reinstalling Fusion but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I continued searching the forums and finally found a post which indicated that the issue was being caused by having 2 GPUs and Fusion always using the wrong one. It specified which .exe to set to use the 2nd GPU instead and that resolved the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue I had was that my PC has 2 &lt;STRONG&gt;GPUs&lt;/STRONG&gt; and Fusion was always choosing the wrong one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You indicated you had the same issue but now are saying you don't have 2 &lt;STRONG&gt;CPUs&lt;/STRONG&gt; which is a totally different issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might need to contact tech support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The problem that you are experiencing is due to a graphics issue. It looks like you don't have an onboard graphics card (Intel HD Graphics 4600), rather than a dedicated graphics card. Without the requisite graphics hardware in place, the drawings workspace will not fire up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My suggestion is to take a look at Intel's website directly, to see if they have a newer graphics driver, and to give that a try. You may be in a situation where your system specs do not meet the requirements to run Fusion.&lt;/P&gt;

Today I decided to check the program again and surprise, it worked just fine and was able to create a drawing and save it. I did see there's an update to Fusion 360, but I'll try that later.
