Initially, I was getting ERRNO 13. The workaround for that was to create another ADMIN user on my laptop different from my standard ADMIN user (even though the one I was already using is an ADMIN user on that laptop) and download it from that ADMIN user on the same laptop. The install worked when I did that and I could open it with no problem on the new ADMIN user on my laptop. When I switch back to the other user on my laptop, the one where I was initially getting ERRNO 13, now has the app downloaded but crossed out and unaccessible like the previous screenshots I have sent. I can access it when I log out of my Standard-admin user on the laptop and to the new ADMIN but when I switch back to the STandard Admin user that I usually use, it says the application is not supported on Mac even though I can access it on the same laptop through a different User. I hope that helps to clarify! Let me know if I can do anything.

Good afternoon, I am trying to download Fusion 360 on an M1 Macbook Pro running Sonoma 14.0. Each time I try and download and open the software I get a page with ERRNO13. I have tried troubleshooting and nothing seems to be changing the issue. Any suggestions?

The log file indicates that you do not have adequate computer permissions to work with the folders required to install Fusion 360. I am a Windows users and could tell you how to gain adequate permissions but for a MAC, I cannot. Search the internet and I am sure you will find how to do this. Below is a line taken from the log file stating this problem.

So I found that I need to make a separate Admin account on my Laptop. I did that and it works and opens correctly on that account. However, when I switch back over to my other account on that laptop, the icon is crossed out, and cannot open it. It has a message that says "not available on this Mac" even though I can open it on my other account on the same laptop. Any suggestions?

Fusion 360 installs per user account and will run on that account. You have me confused as to which computers you are installing and trying to run the application. If you have adequate permissions, any account can be used, simply install while on that account.
