I haven't tried to reproduce it in a new file, but it's a trivial project with only 5 or 6 items in the timeline. And it apparently requires a particular set of values to trigger a crash vs. a simple error, and I just stumbled upon them. At a guess, it requires that the red segment circled in my original post has to be small (ie: smaller than the chamfer).

I have a simple project (.f3z available upon request) with a fillet that I then chamfer. If the fillet is .375", all is fine. However, if the fillet is .25", Fusion crashes in the chamfer dialog (ie: before I click OK). It seems to recognize that it can't do it (small red feature) but crashes before it can tell me this. Running on a M4 Mac Mini.

+ .375" fillet

+ 1.2mm chamfer

Delete chamfer, change fillet to .25", add chamfer, type in 1.2mm, hit tab...
