Freezing on save.

Hi, I have one file that always freezes and crashes software on save, other files work ok.

I have done the utility cache clean and an uninstall/reinstall and have the same issue? any ideas?

@kieranallan @Do you receive the crash report to send to Autodesk? If you do send them please give us a report ID that it generates.

Would be possible to also share this file so that we can take a look?

@kieranallan @So this crashes on both save and export I assume. When you crash do you get an error report to submit?

The logs are ok but not going to do much for this. Would it be possible to share the file ?

The share link is good. Will take a look.

So just to confirm , you open the design , make a change and save , you freeze , right ?

@kieranallan The same will not help since I won't be able to download any ways. I am looking to see how I can get access to the file in question.

Did you say an export of f3d also is not possible? Can you put Fusion in offline mode (basically disconnect internet), now launch Fusion and try to export?

hi I cannot save or export etc, everything too locked down. Looks like I will have to remake file.... Thanks for help and trying

@kieranallan You can delete a couple of features and see if a particular feature is contributing to this. Another one is go offline (disconnect internet) and now try to export. This will use the local translators and maybe that can help export the file.
