Copy Sketch Objects outside of Sketch

I have a constrained sketch. Now I want to make a copy of it.

When outside the sketch, I select Modify > Move/Copy

Under Move Object, the only selection that is functional is Sketch Objects, so I select that

Then I window select all objects in the drawing.

This causes Create Copy to be disabled.

How do I make a copy?

From outside a Sketch you can Copy to Memory all the sketch articles. (Control / Command C)

As you only have 1 sketch in this file you have to edit it or create a second one - to paste that copy. (Control / Command V)

Why are you copying anyway. Make your sheet of roofing and then Pattern in the modelling window.
