I am hoping someone can help me, I am new to using Fusion 360 as i am trying their 30 trial. The Gridlines were straight to start out. However, after i left clicked on the "View Cube" [In the upper right corner] and selected "Set Current View as" the gridlines are now straight when "View Cube" is on top, bottom, left, and right.., it is only straight if i click "Look At" on the "Sketch Palette." However, that changes the view angle of my project back to what the original Top/Bottom View had been before I had changed the "Set Current View As."

I have 3 images attached, two are the gridlines at an angle after changing "Set Current View As" and the 3rd is the Gridline straight after clicking "Look At" on the "Sketch Palette" which is not the view i want. hope someone can help me. Thanks

The video will explain the grid view related to the model view. By selecting the Set Current View to, you are telling the model to reorient to the grid according to the view it is in. The Reset Front command, right below it will correct your model back to the it original relationship to the grid. At the end of the video I mention Named Views which may be what you want and serve you better. You can have as many named views as you desire and name them.

If my Forum post solved your question, please select the "Accept Solution" icon to do three things. First it allows others to find a solution to a similar question, two, it closes the Forum post and last, it acknowledges that you accept the solution given. If you need further help, please ask. If you like to read why "Accept Solutions are important, take a look at this webpage.
