Input Entry Dialog Box Chasing Cursor

I find it frustrating that the text/data input box chases the cursor around the screen. As an example, if I am extruding various profiles, the input dialog box gets in the way of the cursor while making selections. Can this not be fixed to a side or have a user preference for this feature. (Maybe there is?)

I can guarantee that you're not the only one who's annoyed by this! It there is a way to turn it off I'd like to know how.

Please for the love of god turn this feature off or at least make it editable to choose how you want it to operate. It is infuriating!

I'm assuming because this is nearly 2 years old that this is yet another issue that will be completely ignored by the Fusion team.
