If it cannot be shared then we can look at other ways to see what could have happened.

I have a customer provided component (CATPart) that fails to upload.

After selecting the file for upload, it populates in the browser but there's no progress dialog box. It sits & spins for a while, until I back out of the folder and re-enter, where it then disappears. No error message, no failed upload notification. Any ideas? Restarting didn't make a difference, and I've never had issues with a CATPart in the past. File isn't corrupted, as I'm able to open it in another program.

File cannot be publicly shared.

[Edit] I was able to work around it by uploading through the browser, and using "convert to Fusion design". It still won't upload normally through the desktop client.

Yes, that would be great. I'm able to move forward with the workaround, but it'd be interesting if you're able to determine anything with the file that may be causing issues on the client (or at least see if the issue is just localized to my machine).

What address should I send this to?

Either will work.
