topic design saved on MacOS cannot be saved on Windows in Fusion Support Forum

Hi, I've encountered an issue following the latest update. On my MacBook, I can save changes to a design, but when I open and modify that same design on a Windows machine, Fusion stalls and fails to respond when I attempt to save again. I'm able to create new designs and save changes to existing files on both systems. However, I cannot save changes to a design that was updated on a Mac post-update using a Windows machine. I've ensured that the software on both the Mac and Windows is up-to-date. Additionally, I've performed a clean reinstall of Fusion on the Windows machine, but the problem persists. I shared the design file with a friend, and they were able to edit it on their Mac but encountered the same issue on their Windows PC. This leads me to suspect a compatibility issue between the two operating systems in the latest Fusion update.

Thanks,

Peter

It's called "Single_Arm_Design" and it was created a while ago, and never had this issue.

Thanks,
Peter Wei

Please attach one of your problem files that you saved on a MAC, I would love to test it on a Windows computer.

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.
