How to buy customer support?

How can I purchase customer support?

I have had several cases open tried here for answers tried chat nothing is working.

We have some very simple question we need answers on before we move foward on a purchase.

@EdDRM Customer support comes as part of your commercial purchase. What are some of the questions you have. I cn see if I can get help to answer them for you.

We are going to buy a 4th axis rotary for one of our machines so we will actually start to use the Manufacturing ext. .

I would like to know if our extentions are going to disappear. All exstentions are active except for Signal Integrity.

We have an early adopter supscription locked in at a set price. (since 2014)

Customer support says an early adopter subscription is different software and no longer supported compared to a regular sub. .

All exts. are active with no explaination why or for how long.

Any help would be apreciated .

@EdDRM to get some clarification, are you already having a subscription?

Yes we have had a paid subscription for Fusion 360 since 2014.

I found the answers I was looking for in here https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/what-is-the-latest-version-of-fusion-360/td-p/12409005.

There was a lot of confusion and it seems some of it may be on me.
