Can't export STL file

Hello,

Am I the only one with this problem?

When I export a STL file, the job status bar doens't move and remains at 0%. When I force a shut down and reopen fusion and try again it does export the STL file in a matter of seconds. Has anybody experienced this?

Things I tried/did:

- I save the file before trying to export the STL file (I know the job status can only process one job at a time).
- I cleared the cache.

- I reinstalled fusion 360.

- I checked my internet connection and checked if fusion is in online mode.

Hi,

try:

export via Browser > Body > rightclick > save as mesh

instead of

File > export

Hi Günther,

Thnx for the fast reply. Save as mesh did the trick. I m still wondering why the 'export function' doens't work (but does work after a forced shutdown).

I had same problem, and same solution worked. But still don't know what's the problem. Maybe bug?

Das geht nur, wenn man eine STL Datei erstellen möchte. Ich habe nun das Problem eine DXF Datei zu benötigen. Weis jemand ob es schon eine Lösung dafür gibt? Oder hat jemand Kontakt zu einem Supportler?
