Unreliable DXF exporting

I am attempting to create a DXF of the inside of this body labelled R1.

I have created a sketch on the desired surface and have projected the edge of the body. The generated DXF from this sketch is for some reason incomplete. Any assistance with this issue or suggestions on a more consistent method of generating DXF files would be appreciated.

A png of my results of the DXF and the part file itself are attached.

First please don't attach pictures, just paste them into the message or use the insert picture option.

The problem is the viewer you're using can't read splines.

Shows fine in Rhino also reimports into Fusion. You could try the spline to polyline add in

Extension worked well and successfully generated a more consistent DXF result
