      <title>Fusion 360 no longer works.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using Fusion 360 for a couple of years with a personal use licence only as I only use it to model small projects for my 3d printer.&amp;nbsp; Today I opened the software and it was reporting that an error had occurred and it was offline.&amp;nbsp; I no longer had access to any of my previous models.&amp;nbsp; In troubleshooting the issue I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. All to no avail.&amp;nbsp; Now the following occurs.. the splash screen comes up with the sign in box.&amp;nbsp; It spawns my web browser.. Firefox.. and when I enter my email/password it opens my autodesk account on the profile page.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't go back and open Fusion 360. &amp;nbsp; If I go back to the splash screen and ask it to retry sign in again it goes back to the browser and opens a window that has&amp;nbsp; a button that says " Go to product"&amp;nbsp; It goes back to the splash screen and freezes for a bit before opening a window stating "There was an error logging into Fusion 360".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know where to go from here.&amp;nbsp; Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ray&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;r_haugen@telus.net&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Close Fusion&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to add/remove programs&lt;BR /&gt;3. Select Autodesk Fusion - MODIFY&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will launch the Fusion service utility&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;4. Gather system info - this will generate two zip files - please attach the Fusion diagnostics zip here&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, do you have any other Autodesk products on your machine? Another thing to try would be rather than Firefox if you set say chrome as your default browser does that help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regarding your designs, they will not be lost. You will see them once you are able to login.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/524049"&gt;@RajkumarIlanchelian&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much for the response.&amp;nbsp; I have tried several things today and nothing has worked.&amp;nbsp; Well... sort off.&amp;nbsp; While at my work place I downloaded and installed Fusion 360 with no issues.&amp;nbsp; It let me log in and all of my previous projects were intact.&amp;nbsp; when I got home I tried the Modify... zip file thing.&amp;nbsp; It would not work.&amp;nbsp; So I then uninstalled Fusion 360 and one other Autodesk app... I think it was Identity Manager.&amp;nbsp; I then went through my Windows 11 registry and removed all keys etc that referred to Autodesk.&amp;nbsp; Finally I deleted the AppData/Local/Autodesk folder.&amp;nbsp; I then rebooted and reinstalled Fusion 360.&amp;nbsp; Tried to log in and received the same&amp;nbsp; result.&amp;nbsp; Log in error.&amp;nbsp; I also used Chrome and not Firefox as you recommended.&amp;nbsp; It did however, create the two zip files that I have attached.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing that I may be relevant regarding this computer was that I re-partitioned the hard drive and installed a version of Linus (Kubuntu) in a dual boot set up.&amp;nbsp; Both operating systems work fine.&amp;nbsp; The linux did install GRUB for the dual boot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am hoping the attached logs can help me out and solve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/14852203"&gt;@r_haugen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The logs shows that there is some access issue on the network side that may be causing this problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Reset your router and see if that helps (long shot but we can start from here)&lt;BR /&gt;2.       <description>&lt;P&gt;So folks.&amp;nbsp; Nothing I tried worked to get me back up and running.&amp;nbsp; I checked time as suggested and everything else that went with the support article.&amp;nbsp; I finally had to do a factory reset of my laptop and start from scratch.&amp;nbsp; That has fixed the problem.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for all the suggestions and help offered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ray&lt;/P&gt;</description>
