Filess created on Mac wont open on Windows version

Hi,

I am having an issue where files created on my Mac version of Fusion 360 will not in my Windoes version. They are both on the same version of 2.0.17954 x86_64. I get the following error in Windoows when i try to open a file:

"Unable to open

Fusion 360 is unable to open FILE_NAME. It may not have been synced correctly. Make sure evrything is saved, restart Fusion 360 and try again."

Does anyone know what coould be causing this issue?

@ronanJ9MBL Can you please do the below?

1. Close Fusion on windows
2. Delete the short cut that you use to launch Fusion
3. Go to add/remove programs
4. Select Autodesk Fusion - MODIFY

This will launch the Fusion service utility.
5. Run the Repair Fusion

This will now repair and also create a new short cut for you.

Now try to open the design and let us know if that helped.
