Not getting Full Rectangular pattern choices in dialogue window

I was able to do this yesterday with the same project. I am trying to add two lines of shelf pin holes and want to use the pattern tool to key off the two holes I have on my "board". The dialogue window does not have the required options to facilitate this. The video below is a more complete explanation.

Hi,

The effect occurs occasionally.
Remove both features and axes from the existing menu and create it again.
If this does not work, delete the pattern feature and recreate it from scratch.

Thanks Gunther, I was able to talk to tech support and they changed the UI on that feature. It does not show you the full set of choices until you choose a plane. lucky me that they changed it half way through my first few days learning the software. LOL
