Create Smooth Loft

I am trying to create a complex shape using lofts and rails though am having trouble with some sharp edges around the rails. Can anyone help to get this shape smooth like in the reference photo?

I think the difference is that your corners are sharp, where the real model has rounded corners.

Also, I might be tempted to use Boundary Patch in this case, with tangent conditions on the edges. Boundary Patch has its own limitations, but would at least be worth trying. If you do, make sure that you check the curvature. Sometimes Patch can produce wavy geometry near the edges.
